Currency:    All prices quoted U.S. Funds

Price Includes:   Bulk unpackaged price per tee and includes one color, one position imprint

Plate Charge: $100.00   (A photo engraved steel plate is required)

Set Up:    $40.00 charge per order.

Additional Colors:    Add $140.00 plate and set up charge per color, plus $0.12 per tee additional running charge.

Additional Position:  Add $0.12  per tee for second side imprint of same image.

Reorders:    $40.00 set up charge per color applies (plate charge is a one time charge)

Special Packaging:    Zip lock poly bag, 3 tees per bag, add $0.03 per tee
                                      "Wedge" tee paper package, 3 tees per package, add $0.07 per tee.

Imprint Method:    Silicone pad printing

Imprint Area:    1 5/8" X 5/16"

Artwork:    Can be forwarded electronically to information@jbscanada.com via email in format compatible with CorelDraw,
 otherwise please supply black and white camera ready artwork. Color separations are required for multi-color imprints. Generally
 artwork that needs to be reduced in size is better than artwork requiring enlargement. Business cards and letterheads may not
 be adequate. To avoid delays please authorize artwork charges if you feel your artwork is inadequate. (Available @ $30.00 per
 hour)

Ink Colors:    PMS color match available.

Tee Colors:    White, fluorescent orange, fluorescent yellow.

Production Time:    Allow 2-4 weeks from receipt of satisfactory artwork.

Shipping and Handling: All custom orders are FOB Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We charge actual shipping charge only, based on your choice of carrier.
